Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Aatma website, or submitting a membership form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or apply for membership.
Membership Agreement
Aatma reserves the right to review, accept, reject, or revoke any membership application. Membership is subject to compliance with our guidelines, fees, and ongoing verification. Benefits are non-transferable and limited to the organization/entity approved.
Payment & Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable once the application is approved and processed. Fee structures are published transparently. Any cancellation prior to approval must be notified via email within 7 days of application. Refunds are not applicable for partial usage or disqualification due to misrepresentation.
Code of Conduct
All members are expected to adhere to ethical business practices. Misuse of AATMA branding, defamation of AATMA or its affiliates, or violation of government regulations will result in immediate revocation of membership and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, texts, downloadable forms, and digital assets on this website are the property of Aatma or its licensors. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Liability & Indemnity
Aatma provides information and services “as is.” We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website, membership services, or third-party partnerships. Members and visitors agree to indemnify Aatma from any claims, damages, or losses, including legal costs, resulting from misuse or breach of our terms.
Use of Stock Images
Some images used on this site are sourced from publicly available stock repositories and are used for awareness and non-commercial purposes only. If you are the rightful owner and wish an image to be removed, please email us at info@aatmaindia.com.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
